Add to Passbook doesnt work

I like the idea of having all my tickets on my phone, but the app always returns to the home screen when I switch apps or the phone sleeps. This means I need to navigate back to my tickets -- a pain when waiting in line to enter the arena.

I see there is an "add to passbook" button in the app, but it doesnt work. This would be a great feature -- one I use all the time for airline tickets.
